CONFESSION TO WALK IN LOVE:
Lord, I thank You Because You first love me and also poured your love in my heart. And because you will never ask me to do what you have not empowered me to do, I know that I can and will walk, this year and always, in Love.
I choose to love and not hate.
I choose to love and not lust.
I choose to love because Love is the greatest.
I give advantage and not take advantage.
I desire to benefit others – not self.
I desire to give and not take.
As you grace me, this year, I will walk in Love – the “God Kind” of Love.
I will forgive quickly, I will touch prisoners, the sick, widows/Orphans, the homeless/the naked, members of my CareGroup, my leaders/Pastors/Senior People, Extended Family, my village people and my immediate community – with your love in my heart.
With your help, I will not let you down.
So help me God.

I am part of the fellowship of the unashamed.
The die has been cast. I have stepped over the line.
The decision has been made. I am disciple of Christ and I won't look back, let up, slow down, back away or be still.
My past is redeemed, my present makes sense and my future is secure.
I am finished and done with low living, sight walking, smooth knees, colourless dreams, tamed visions, worldly talking, cheap giving and dwarfed goals.
I no longer need pre-eminence, prosperity, position, promotions, plaudits or popularity. My determined purpose is to know Christ and to be fully pleasing to Him in loving GOD & man, in service to GOD & humanity, in giving and in making Him known to the world.
I don't have to be right, first, tops, recognized, praised, regarded or rewarded.
I now live by faith, lean on his presence, walk by patience, uplifted by prayer and labour by the Holy Spirit power.
My face is set. My gait is fast. My goal is Heaven!
My road may be narrow, my way rough, my companions few BUT my Guide is reliable and my mission is clear.
I will not be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, deluded or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice or hesitate in the presence of the adversary. I will not negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity or meander in the maze of mediocrity.
I won't give up, shut up, let up, until I have stayed up, stored up, prayed up, paid up and preached up for the cause of Christ.
I am a disciple of JESUS CHRIST!
His command is my vision & my mission this year.
I have set my hands on the plough of service, of giving, of continual fellowship with the believers and of evangelism and I will be faithful to the end!
I must go till he comes, give till I drop, preach till all know, and work till he returns.
And when he comes for His own, he will have no problem recognizing me because my colours will be clear.
